Pictures can include individuals or groups wearing green, and/or an activity you engaged in to promote connection, whether it's with others or yourself.

Be appropriate. Your submission is subject to moderator review and will be removed if it is inappropriate.

Instructions:

1. Click on the “Post your photo” button.
2. Select the “Photo” tab at the top.
3. Select “Choose file” to upload your photo.
4. In the “Title” field, give the photo a title.
5. In the "Submission" field, provide additional details of the photo, such as others in your photo, location, activity you are engaging in, why mental health matters to you, etc.
6. In the "Screen name" field, include your name.
7. Click “Submit.”
